Idealpos Online is a web based reporting solution for Idealpos 9.
It is our Cloud Reporting Solution which leverages of the existing features of Idealpos 9 and also adds new features which don't currently exist in Idealpos 9.
It is hosted in the Microsoft Azure PAAS (Platform-As-A-Service).
Every Customer with a Subscription to Idealpos Online has their own SQL Database hosted in a Multi-Tenant Database Pool with our web services and websites using Azure's app services which is a managed environment hosted by Microsoft.
Each POS Terminal sends its own data and each POS Terminal must have a direct internet connection in order to send sales data to Idealpos Online.
As well as Idealpos Online, we also have a Service Portal which is used to manage Customer licences, databases, users, client connections, subscriptions, invoices, payments and more.
